This commercial project in Auckland CBD consists of 2 levels of carparking and 7 levels of retail/office. The curtain wall is decorated with fins, inspired by shark drying scaffolds ‘Te Koranga’. I was involved with the project from an early stage until it was finished from 2014-2017. In the 800+ hours working on the project, I was involved in concept design, model making, resource consent and building consent drawings. The 365 decorative fins were elevated and dimensioned to send to the manufacturer.
